Susan joined The Billing Department, Inc. in 2011. Since then she has become our clients primary and favorite point of contact. Susan loves getting to know each client and their team and works with them closely to improve workflows and efficiency of the billing process.

When not working, Susan loves spending time with her 3 grown children and nieces and nephews. She loves to craft.

As President of The Billing Department, Inc., my passion has been my company for the last 25 years. Growing up with both parents in private practice, medical billing became one of my household chores. Billing was much different then, prior to Managed Care and Electronic Claims!
​
​I believe open communication and transparency is one of the most important things we can offer our clients. Healthcare administration becomes more complex each year. We aim to create a relationship with our clients that builds trust from knowledge.
​
​I live with my husband and our two children in Falmouth, Maine. We enjoy our beautiful state, and love to hike, bike, sail, and play in the snow!
